Yemen needs Saving!

Yemen’s civil war began in 2014 and 9 years of war has resulted in the worlds worst emergency. 21.6 million people need aid, including 11 million children, and more than 4.5 million are displaced as result of the ongoing conflicts.

The UN estimates that 60 percent of the estimated 377,000 deaths in Yemen between 2015 and the beginning of 2022 were the result of indirect causes like food insecurity and lack of accessible health services. Two-thirds of the population, or 21.6 million Yemenis desperately need assistance. Five million are at risk of famine, and a cholera outbreak has affected over one million people. Medical Staff are under immense pressure and healthcare resources are scarce.

Yemen is facing one of the world’s worst emergencies. The ongoing conflict has left children and families in desperate need of food, water, and medical supplies. Millions of children lack access to clean water, sanitation facilities, and basic healthcare. Malnutrition rates are at an all-time high, with 400,000 severely malnourished children at risk of death!
